I can't believe it is already the 3rd of March.
I was sitting here just now and saw that my last post was last Monday. It felt like this Monday! This week is passing so quickly that I found myself having no recollection on what had happened during these 5 days. I suppose it is because there are no tests this week (a first since school started) so there was nothing too major that I really remembered. I started to stare at my school timetable to recollect whatever went on this week. My brain must have ran away for a short time span and just returned because I remember what went on! Either my brain left me to die for about 10 minutes or I am having a serious case of short term memory.
Anyway, I think I'll summarise what went on over the past few days...
Monday:
-Had extra Physics lesson. Much to my delight (and everyone else's), Mr To-Tall-To-Be-Normal was stuck in reservist for about 2-3 weeks so Mrs Quek took over. Everyone celebrated Mr To-Tall's absence.
-We did static electricity during the lesson. It was pretty cool and fun with Mrs Quek leading the lesson. Mrs Quek looked funny when she rubbed the plastic sheet (those used for OHP) against her hair to produce static electricity... lol
-We received our Physics test back. The one that was done the previous Monday. I got 30/50. Sucky result. I had about 7 marks lost due to carelessness! Started to steam when I counted all the should-not-have-been-lost marks...
Tuesday:
-The longest day of the week, every week.
-Had Chemistry remedial after school. Also had a bloody headache to go with it.
-Faith provided me with Panadol Actifast. It helped for about an hour before the headache returned. Bloody headaches.
-Was joking with the others during the remedial because Mrs Chee was busy with some meeting for 30 minutes. We made lots of noise.
Example of conversation:
Me: (Telling Lilian) "Bye Lilian! You're going to swim? Can go and catch water Pokemon!"-----Lilian and I revived the Pokemon craze...
*Lilian says something and leaves"
Cheng Ying: "Pokemon again?!"
Faith, Mingqi and Xinyi started to argue on which show was better. X-men or Pokemon.
Xinyi: "X-men is nicer!"
Faith: "Pokemon is nicer!"
Me: "Pokemon is nicer because I never watched X-men"
Mingqi: "Both also nice lah"
Me: (To Mingqi) "You watch X-men? When is it? What day, time and channel??!!!"------very excited.
Mingqi: (deadpans) "I watched it five years ago."
Me: O.O then -.- then "Wah lao! I am so deprived." Then I crawled under the library table. I am such a loser.
Wednesday, Thursday and today:
-Nothing much actually. Cracked a few lame jokes. Laughed at a few lame jokes. Same old same old...
Tests received:
-Add Maths: 22/40. I am happy I passed. Yayness..
-Literature: 16/25. Ok lah. Its average.
-Geog Elec Map test: 14.5/20. I think I am one of the highest. Not sure though. Didn't go around asking. I am happy with the result though. I think its the highest I ever got for Geog Elec.
-Chinese: Failed. Why? Spelling results pulled me down. I studied for it but I still failed my spelling and I think I also failed the essay-that-was-never-returned so I failed my overall. Sucks to try so hard and get nothing.
Tests to be done:
-Chemistry, next Monday
-Social S., next Tuesday
-English, next Wednesday
-E Maths, somewhere next week
Other events:
Flag day, next Saturday. Again. Argh.
