Went to meet Huiqi, Tina and the rest of the Geog people in school today. We went to Vivocity! The Geog people (Tara, Faith, Kathy, Jon Tham) went to Vivo first because the 3 of us (Huiqi, Tina and me) had to go book BBQ stuff.
After the BBQ thing, we made our way down to Vivo. The Geog bunch were going to watch Casino Royale but I didn't want to because I've spent too much money and I didn't want to ask my mum for more money to watch movies. So, the three of us just went window shopping at Vivo.
Our conclusion of Vivo: COOL
The first thing we saw when we entered the building was this Casino Royale display, complete with an Aston Martin DB9 Coupe. A really really hot car.
Hot stuff.
Everyone surrounded the display and became trigger happy with their cameras. You should have seen Huiqi. She even took photos of the enlarged James Bond poster at the display.
Near the display, was a section which had stores from Spain. There was a Spanish boutique with really cool designs. There was an FC Barcelona shop as well as a very expensive but damn cool chocolate shop. Tina, Huiqi and I were very fascinated with the shops.
We also visit Gap and felt relieved that their clothes aren't that expensive ($75 for a pair of jeans). The shop smelled like varnish. The salesgirl said it was thinner or something...apparently they just painted the place.
The best shop in the entire mall was Toys R' Us. Our inner child just took over our minds the moment we stepped into the shop (or before we stepped in actually). We played with the toys, took photos with the toys and just relived our second childhood. IT WAS FUN.
Me with tiger toy. It was very soft with very nice fur. Tina kindly reminded me that many others have hugged or sneezed on it. But who cares?

Yes. That is the Freedom Gundam from Gundam SEED Destiny. Yes. It is almost twice my size. Too bad its in a box....if not I could try to sneak it home..
Woo Hoo!!! After Toys R Us we went to other cool shops like Page One where they have SUPER SUPER cool shelves which slant to one side. It's such cool interior designing. We checked out the design books.
We moved on to the top floor where there is a fake beach. Very cool. After eating dinner at the overcrowded Food Republic, we went to wade in the shallow pool. Near the pool was this amphitheatre like thing. We climbed up and sat at the steps and enjoyed the view.
It was very relaxing. There were other groups of people around and they were also hanging out like us with guitars and were singing or just talking. It was very cool.
Overall, this day was super fun.
I heard from the Geog group that Casino Royale rocked. Which is good. I'm sure the car rocked too. It's so hot. And expensive.
Vincent Valentine should drive the Aston Martin DB9....
