WOOOOOO~
I haven't updated in quite sometime.
Well, obviously, I completed Harry Potter 7 over the weekend and well, I think the book was good!
I liked the fact that there was excitement throughout the whole book and loads of close shaves between Voldie and Harry. The whole Deathly Hallows thing was surprising because I think most people thought it was a PLACE not ITEMS.
I have to say though, I always thought Sevvie was innocent. Yay! He was really convincing as a bad guy though.
Other than reading Harry Potter and trying to not spill the beans to those who haven't, there was Learning Festival in school this week. It was on 2 days (yesterday and today).
I went for the Basketball clinic, Tie & Dye, English Calligraphy and About Philippines + Intro to Tagalog.
I think the learning fest was fun! :D I made my own tie dyed socks and shirt which came out pretty cool. English calligraphy was cool too although my fingers ached while I wrote. You need lots of control for calligraphy!!! I want to learn the Gothic style calligraphy some day. They look really really cool and are based on the hexagon shape.
The other 2 courses were fun too. Learnt new stuff I didn't know about. :D
Thank goodness I didn't sign up for some boring talk like some of my friends did ("Relak One Corner", anyone?).
I think the "Dress to Impress"(or some course along this line, can't remember the name) one was funny because Rachel D.Silva and Neha came out from that talk convinced that they are terribly unattractive and positively ugly. All because they have hairy legs, messy hair, unplucked eyebrows and if they were shorter than 166cm, they shouldn't have long hair. Weird, isn't it? Anyway, Rache and Neha aren't bile-inducing ugly...far from it actually...
It was funny to see them emo-ing outside the art room after that course though! (hehehe)
Ah well, school resumes as per normal tomorrow.
H1 exams next Friday, Meet-the-Parents next Friday too!!! So why is next Friday the 3rd of August and not the 13th???
