PE was cancelled today because of the heavy downpour (the hall was used for the J2 Prelims)...
As a result, my class
played HIDE AND SEEK with our PE teacher!!!
Well, we played
Sardine which is like Hide and Seek except that when the seekers find the hider, they hide with the hider instead of blowing his cover!
So yeah. We played that game across the entire school ground on the first floor but limited everyone to be unable to hide in any room of any sort (toilet, classroom, what not). The game lasted an hour and I'm proud to say that my partner, Pris Sam, and I emerged victorious in the 2 rounds that we played! (that means we weren't the last group or last few groups to find the hider).
WOOT. The game was UBER FUN. Jillian was a fantastic hider and most of us couldn't find her within the stipulated time of the second round (Pris Sam and I successfully found her, of course). Jillian's hiding spot was so good, that after waiting for too long, the successful groups (3 pairs in total. JoQuek, Sofia, Emman, SK, Pris Sam and myself) had to call up the rest to give them hints so that they would find us ASAP.
HAHA.I think the funniest part of the whole game was in the 1st round at Emman's hiding spot (staircase behind the CC).
What happened was that Pris Sam, myself and a couple of my other classmates had already found Emman and were happily sitting at the stairs.
Then, I mentioned that if anyone walked past the stairs and continued down the corridor without turning around, they wouldn't see us at the stairs and would have continued searching for the hiding spot.
Just when I finished, JoQuek and Sofia appeared and were walking past the stairs.
The funny part was, they continued to walk down the corridor just as I had predicted and had showed no signs of turning.
JoQuek probably had some 6th sense or something coz she turned around and saw us sitting there.
Sitting there and laughing silently at them.
With a stupid smile on our faces.
And she stared back in shock.
Stunned for a moment. Before happily walking over with Sofia to sit with us.
WOOT. Yeah.
SARDINE IS FUN.
Playing these games really made me feel like I was in primary school again.
FUN.
On another note, I'd like to mention about how tired the councillors were today.
We were having our Functions meeting and I realised everyone looked really sleepy and stuff. Myself included. And many councillors are falling ill from all the late nights.
All I wanna say is......
PERSEVERE COUNCILLORS!!!
A COUPLE MORE DAYS TO TEACHER'S DAY AND THEN WE'LL GET OUR WELL DESERVED REST AND MORE TIME FOR OUR STUDIES!!!Yeah.
